AloTech is a technology company aiming to provide all call center functions as “service” over the internet to businesses that want to provide call center services to their customers. Salesforce - Alotech integration, as can be seen below, has four main functions unlike other systems.
  • You can create different search lists in Salesforce: The user creates the customer lists to be searched through the Salesforce platform.

  • You can activate the call list you want to use: The user activates the preferred call list from all the call lists he has prepared in Salesforce. After the list is activated in Salesforce, list information is transmitted from Salesforce to Alotech and Alotech starts to search the phone numbers in this list. If necessary, the active list can be deactivated and replaced by another.

  • You can configure calls within the rules: The system will perform the desired calls within the framework of user-defined rules. The numbers can be removed automatically or manually from the call lists. With a simple example, the phone number can be automatically removed from the call list after three unanswered calls.

  • Easy access to call history and reporting: With Salesforce platform, you can find out which customer has been called, how long has been called, the duration of the calls, the response received. you can easily access important information. The information obtained can be reported on Salesforce platform and the performance of customer representatives can be examined in detail through these reports.
