What AI features does Rapitek CRM include?

What is Rapi, and why is it a “writing” AI?
Rapi is Rapitek's write-capable voice and text agent: most CRM AI only summarizes, while Rapi creates and updates real records. Tell it in Turkish what happened - “I called Ahmet, revise the quote to 50,000 TL” - and it finds the right record, makes the change, and asks for confirmation before high-stakes writes. It works across 11 objects: Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Order, Task, Event, Call Log, Email, and Visit.
How does the AI business card scanner work?
You take a photo of a business card and the AI extracts fields like name, company, phone, and email, then creates a Lead automatically. Single and multi-card batch scanning are supported, and it runs on mobile. It is powered by Anthropic Claude and removes manual data entry at trade shows and field visits.
Does the AI write email replies?
The AI drafts a reply in your tone, and you review and send it - it is human-triggered, not autonomous. No email is ever sent without your approval. We do not claim an autonomous email agent or “hands-free automated responses” that run with no human in the loop.
Forecasting, Scoring & Reporting
Can the AI predict which deals will close?
Rapitek does not predict revenue with AI; real forecasting is done with weighted pipeline in Reports and Dashboards V2 (deal value x win-probability). You get tabular/summary/matrix/joined reports, cross-filters, conditional formatting, and scheduled CSV/Excel email export. We make no claims about “AI predicting revenue” or “forecast accuracy.”
Does Rapitek offer AI lead scoring?
No, AI lead scoring is not part of Rapitek and was never a paid feature. You handle lead prioritization with Assignment Rules, round-robin distribution, the visual Flow Builder, and list-view filters. We use AI instead to speed up data entry: Rapi writes records and the card scanner creates Leads.
How does the AI compare to Salesforce Einstein or HubSpot AI?
The core difference is the ability to write: most CRM AI (Einstein and HubSpot AI included) reads, summarizes, and suggests, while Rapi creates and updates real records by voice. Rapitek is also Turkish-first, uses a single model layer (Anthropic Claude), and gives every customer a physically separate database with data residency in Turkey.
Technical & Privacy
What AI model does Rapitek use?
All of Rapitek's AI features run on Anthropic Claude only. We do not claim proprietary scoring models or multiple providers, and there is no OpenAI/ChatGPT or Google Gemini integration. OpenAI Whisper is used for speech-to-text. A single, consistent model layer keeps behavior predictable.
Is my data safe with AI processing?
Yes. Rapitek runs on KVKK and GDPR controls and gives every customer a physically separate database with its own subdomain. Data residency is in Turkey (data sovereignty), and your data is never used to train models for other customers. Field-level history/audit trail, data-retention purge, and a Recycle Bin are standard. (We are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified.)
Does the AI work in Turkish?
Yes, Rapitek's AI is Turkish-first by design. You can give Rapi voice or text commands in Turkish, the card scanner and email drafts handle Turkish content, and the interface supports 8 languages. Correct Turkish characters and natural language understanding are core to the product.
How does the AI work with WhatsApp?
On WhatsApp, Rapitek provides a multi-agent human inbox, not an automated bot: two-way web and mobile messaging, connection via Meta Cloud API or QR/Baileys, all media types, voice-note transcription, agent assignment, and linking a chat to a Lead or Contact. We do not market auto-greeting or an AI chatbot - real agents run the conversations.

How long until the AI starts showing results?
Rapi and the card scanner work from day one and need no historical data, because we do not train scoring or prediction models. From your first command Rapi creates and updates records, a card photo becomes a Lead instantly, and meeting analysis returns results from a single recording.
Do I need technical skills to use the AI features?
No technical skills are required. You speak to Rapi in natural Turkish, the card scanner works from a photo, and meeting analysis starts with one tap - no coding or ML expertise needed. The AI step inside Flow Builder is configured with a drag-and-drop visual editor.
Can I control or customize the AI behavior?
Yes. Rapi asks for confirmation before every high-stakes write and keeps metadata to undo actions, and email drafts pass through your approval before sending. You customize the AI step inside Flow Builder with triggers, conditions, and prompts, and test it with a dry-run preview.
