Yes — for each AI action, the relevant CRM data is sent to Anthropic's API. But: it's NOT used for training, it's NOT retained, and it's covered by Anthropic's commercial data-use terms.

Can I use a different AI provider?

Yes — Rapitek supports OpenAI GPT-4, Google Gemini, and Azure OpenAI as alternatives. Claude is the default because of quality + safety.

What's the latency?

1-3 seconds for short tasks (draft, score). 5-10 seconds for long tasks (account summary, transcript parsing). Acceptable for human-in-the-loop workflows.
