Will Anthropic see our CRM data?

Yes — for each AI action, the relevant CRM data is sent to Anthropic's API. But: it's NOT used for training, it's NOT retained, and it's covered by Anthropic's commercial data-use terms.

Can I use a different AI provider?

All of Rapitek's AI features run on a single engine: Anthropic Claude. There is no ChatGPT, Gemini, or Azure OpenAI option — Claude is a deliberate choice for safety and business-context quality, giving you consistent results without provider-selection complexity.

What if Rapi creates a wrong record?

Rapi always asks for confirmation before it writes. It shows you the proposed record (for example a new Opportunity or Task); if you confirm, it creates it, and if you reject, nothing is written. A wrong record is never added silently — you stay in control of every write.

What's the latency?

1-3 seconds for short tasks (reply draft, record creation). 5-10 seconds for long tasks (meeting-transcript analysis). Acceptable for human-in-the-loop workflows.
