Drone Services CRM
In drone services it is the weather, not the client, that sets the date of the job; the same flight can be postponed three times in a row. When the postponement is discussed on the phone and written down nowhere, both the client and the pilot heading out to the site believe a different day is the right one.
A flight is a task record; the site coordinates, the permit expiry date and the assigned pilot are fields on the same card. Postponing changes the record's date; the previous one leaves a trace.
- Keep the flight task in a single record together with the site coordinates, the planned date and the assigned pilot
- Track the validity dates of flight permits and pilot certificates and open a warning task before they expire
- Update a flight date changed by the weather on the record and notify the client from the same place
- Have the team out in the field mark the flight record from the mobile app with location verification
| Flight Task | A flight is a task record; the site coordinates, the planned date and the pilot are in its fields, postponing changes the date of the same record, and the previous date leaves a trace on the card. |
|---|---|
| Permit and Certificate Validity | The permit document and the pilot certificate are fields with an expiry date; those whose date is approaching fall into a list, and the warning task is opened for that list. |
| Field Verification | The team marks the job from the mobile app; the location verification is written into the record, and fake location detection can be switched on during setup. |
| Delivered Output | The orthophoto, the video and the survey report are attachments on the flight record; what was delivered to the client and the delivery date are read from the same card. |
Planning a drone job is not just a calendar matter: the coordinates of the site, the permit needed for the flight and the permit's validity date, the assigned pilot's certificate and the wind on the day all have to hold at the same time. If one of them is missing, the team goes out to the site and comes back without flying. When the permits sit in a folder, the pilot schedule in a message group and the promise given to the client in the salesperson's notes, this gap is only seen out in the field — that is, at the moment it costs the most.
In Rapitek CRM the flight is a task record; the site, the permit, the pilot and the planned date sit in the fields of the same card, when the date changes it changes on the record and both sides see the same day. Because the team marks the job from the mobile app with location verification while out in the field, the location where the flight was marked stays in the record together with the delivered output.
The scope of the plans and the separately priced items are written on the pricing page.
