Founded in 1968, the Health and Education Foundation runs ten schools, a hospital and a publishing house. Records for thousands of alumni, donors and scholarship students were not kept in one place.
What was there, what we built, what changed.

The challenge
Alumni data, donation tracking for alumni, scholarship tracking for students and contact details — all kept in separate places, making updates and checks harder every year. The foundation needed a modern, cloud-based data management solution.

What we built
From the implementation onwards, development, new suggestions and problem-solving ran together. The system was adapted to the foundation's own way of working, with ease of use as the priority.

The result
Daily workflows became markedly easier in terms of data analysis and data management. Donors started receiving faster responses and the relationship with supporters strengthened. In the foundation's own words, the biggest change came in data analysis.
Our foundation needed a cloud-based software system for data management. Rapitek is a company that is careful and attentive in understanding our wishes and needs; they also translated our requirements into the system very well. When we have new requirements, they support us with extremely fast and thorough solutions. As SEV, we are highly satisfied with working with Rapitek.

This project belongs to our Salesforce era
This implementation belongs to Rapitek's Salesforce implementation era; afterwards we built our own product, Rapitek CRM. Our discipline around setup, data migration and training comes from the same team — only now on our own platform.
