About us

We learned in the field, and built it for you.

Across more than 200 enterprise CRM projects we saw the same problems over and over: expensive licenses, implementations that drag on for months, support lost in ticket queues, and a separate invoice for every customization. We built our own CRM to solve them.

We built other people's CRMs first

Rapitek was founded in 2018. In our early years we did software development and IT consulting; after that we focused on enterprise CRM implementations and worked in the Salesforce ecosystem. We delivered more than 200 enterprise projects across manufacturing, retail, textiles, logistics, construction and healthcare: process analysis, data migration, custom development, integration and team training.

That chapter has ended, and we hold no official Salesforce partnership today. We still provide independent Salesforce consulting — performance tuning, data migration, integration and security reviews. For official partner benefits, you would need to talk to Salesforce directly.

A small team. We say so on purpose.

The scope of the platform sets an expectation: 183 business objects, iOS and Android apps, a messaging inbox, an open REST API. In our own discovery calls we have met companies who came expecting a large software company on the other side of the table; we have not counted how many calls those were, so we are not putting a figure on it. Let us state the truth up front — the team is small, the experience is large-scale.

Our core team has never been a crowd. We ran holding-scale enterprise projects at this size, and we repaired other people's broken implementations at this size too. Today the same core does the product's architecture, its implementation, its integrations and its support.

This is not an excuse; it is the source of our promise. If we can write the sentence “There is no call center on our support line. Your question is answered by the team that builds and installs the product,” we can write it because we are small. A company of hundreds cannot make that sentence work structurally: there, the person who greets you is not the person who wrote the product, and cannot be. The same applies to the implementation promise — the team that sets up your fields, stages and reports around your process is the team that writes the code behind those fields.

What you get: a short decision chain, a counterpart who knows the work, and a party that can change the product itself. What you do not get: a support desk running in shifts, a roster of regional account managers, a headcount that would look impressive on a vendor evaluation form. Which of those is right for you is something we can work out together in the discovery call.

Why we built our own CRM

Across 200 projects we learned this: there is a gap between what a growing business needs from a CRM and what the global platforms package for it.

  • Implementation takes months. A company decides to adopt a CRM and six months later it is still in configuration meetings. Meanwhile the team drifts back to Excel.
  • Customization is always a separate line item. Adding a field, adjusting a screen or building a report means either employing a certified administrator in-house or buying hourly consulting outside.
  • Support is far away. The team hits a problem, opens a ticket, and gets an answer days later from another continent — and not from someone who knows the product.
  • Pricing is unpredictable. The license is one number; implementation is another, integration another, training another.

We wrote Rapitek CRM to fix these four things: customization done by us rather than billed to you by the hour, and support that comes directly from the team building the product. On timing we make no commitment before discovery; after the discovery call we give you a date, not a range. On price we leave no surprises either: whatever sits outside the plan price — including the scope of setup — is worked out in the discovery call and put in writing before the work starts.

What we are not

When we describe ourselves, we prefer to state the limits too.

  • The product is new, the team is not. It is not a ten-year-old product — it is a new product written by the team that delivered more than 200 enterprise CRM projects. We don't hide that difference.
  • We are not a large software company. We are a small and senior team. We have no regional account manager roster and no call center running in shifts; the person you deal with is the person doing the work.
  • We are not self-service SaaS. If you are not looking for a tool you set up yourself in five minutes with a credit card, you are in the right place; if you are, you are not.
  • We are not a fit for teams smaller than 5 users. Implementation and training take the same effort on every project, and below that size the effort does not pay off.
  • We don't promise everything to every industry. In the discovery call we tell you plainly which of your needs the product covers in a standard install and which are project work.

How we work

There is no call center on our support line. Your question is answered by the team that builds and installs the product — this is a choice, not a matter of capacity. There is no ticket system either, and because the team that did your implementation is the same team, you do not have to explain your situation from scratch; you reach them directly over WhatsApp. In practice we reply the same working day. We deliberately put no number on that and make no written response-time (SLA) commitment: we have no system measuring ticket times yet, and we do not publish a duration we have not measured. The day we measure it, we will write it here. Support is provided during Turkish business hours; if you have teams in other time zones, let's work through the scope together on the call.

Built for teams operating in Turkey. The mobile app ships with a Turkish interface and the voice assistant Rapi understands and writes Turkish; training, documentation and support are in Turkish too. Rapi is off by default; unless you turn it on, your CRM data is not sent to any AI provider. The database is hosted in Helsinki, Finland, media files in Frankfurt and database backups in Falkenstein, both in Germany; a few sub-processors operate outside the EU, and we name each one, with where it processes data, in our privacy policy. The technical measures are listed one by one on our security page.

We do the setup. Fields, stages, roles, reports and integrations are configured to your process — by us. You don't need to hire a CRM administrator, and when changes are needed after go-live, we make them too.

Frequently asked

Frequently asked questions about Rapitek

Is Rapitek a Salesforce partner?
No. We worked as an official partner in the Salesforce ecosystem and completed more than 200 enterprise projects in that era; that partnership has ended. We have no current Salesforce partnership. We still provide independent consulting on Salesforce implementations — performance tuning, data migration, integration and security review — but for official partner benefits you need to talk to Salesforce directly.
What does "more than 200 CRM projects" actually mean?
That number refers to enterprise CRM implementation projects we delivered for other companies during our consulting era: process analysis, data migration, custom development, integration and team training. It is not the number of Rapitek CRM installations. The product is new and is building its own user base. We keep those two things deliberately separate.
When was Rapitek CRM released? How mature is the product?
Rapitek CRM is a new product. Not a ten-year-old product — a new product written by the team that delivered more than 200 enterprise CRM projects. The product being young and the team being experienced are two different things, and we would rather you did not conflate them.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union. The database runs in Helsinki, Finland and media files are stored in Frankfurt, Germany, with a separate database for each customer. For organisations in Turkey this counts as an international data transfer under Article 9 of KVKK; we establish the basis for that transfer together during the contracting process. Data is not stored in Turkey, and we say so plainly.
Do you hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification?
No. As of today we hold no such certification and we do not claim otherwise. The concrete measures we do apply: a separate database per customer, current TLS in transit, two-factor authentication and a field-level audit trail.
Who is Rapitek not a good fit for?
Teams smaller than 5 users. Setup and training take the same effort on every project, and below that size the effort does not pay off. We are also not self-service SaaS: if you want a product you can configure yourself in five minutes with a credit card, this is not it. There is no trial you start yourself; after the call we can open one depending on what you need — we begin with a demo built around your own scenarios.
