Written for the teams who actually use the CRM

What we see inside enterprise CRM projects: process setup, pipeline tracking, team habits, and the questions worth asking before you choose a system.

What you'll find here

The Rapitek blog is written for teams moving their customer relationships into software for the first time, or rebuilding a setup that stopped working. Most of our readers are sales managers, operations leads and owners of companies that are growing faster than their processes. These are not product brochures; they are notes on how a specific problem got solved.

Most posts start from a concrete question: why quotes fall out of sight, where inbound WhatsApp requests disappear, why reporting breaks once you open a second branch, which clauses matter in a CRM contract. We describe what we ran into across more than 200 enterprise CRM implementations delivered during our Salesforce era, without translating it into marketing language.

Recurring topics: CRM rollout and data migration, sales process design, quoting and pricing, customer communication over WhatsApp, reporting, and getting a team to actually adopt the tool. Posts are written by our founder, Kerim Yıldırım.

Want to see your own process on screen?

In a short demo we'll map your sales flow together and talk through how any of this applies to your business.

Your question is answered by the team that builds and develops the product.
