Skincare Center CRM
When skin type, past sessions and the products used are kept in separate ledgers, recommending to a sensitive-skinned client the very treatment that disagreed with them three months ago takes no effort at all.
Skin type, allergies and goals are fields on the client record; the package's remaining sessions and end date sit on the same card, and the renewal offer comes from there.
- Record skin type, allergies and goals at the first consultation and attach the device analysis results as files to the same card
- See the number of sessions, the session interval and the remaining sessions in a package on the client record; let those nearing their end drop into a list
- Recommend home care products suited to the skin type at the end of a session and post the sale to the same record
- Segment seasonal campaigns such as summer sun protection or winter dryness by skin type and send them over WhatsApp and email
- Archive the standard-angle photographs taken at each session and compare the change over 3-6 months
| Skin Analysis and Type Assessment | Skin type (dry, oily, combination, sensitive), allergies and goals are fields on the client record; the image and report from the device analysis sit as attachments on the same card. |
|---|---|
| Care Package and Session Tracking | A package is a record; the number of sessions, the interval between sessions, the remaining sessions and the end date are its fields, and a renewal task drops into the list according to the time left until it ends. |
| Product Recommendations and Sales | The home care product recommended at the end of a session, the sales record and the product history are fields on the client record; the e-commerce connection is set up specifically for your project, there is no out-of-the-box module. |
| Season and Campaign Segmentation | The campaign list is filtered on the skin type field; summer sun protection, winter dryness and holiday campaigns are built onto that list and sent over WhatsApp and email from the same record. |
| Before and After Photo Archive | The standard-angle photograph taken at each session is an attachment on the client record; because it is stored with its date, the change over 3-6 months is compared from the same card. |
In skincare, the result does not come out of a single session; a peeling or mesotherapy treatment only means something when it is repeated at set intervals, and the change moves too slowly for the client to notice it in the mirror. When there is no progress they can see, the client abandons the package halfway through, and the centre only realises it once the calendar empties out.
In Rapitek CRM the package is opened with an upfront payment; packages whose end date is approaching drop into a list, and the renewal offer is drawn from that list. Because every package and product bought turns into points according to the rule you define, the client can use those points on their next visit; home care product sales are recorded on the same card as well. We build the connection to your e-commerce store ourselves; there is no out-of-the-box module, the connection is set up specifically for your project over REST API, OAuth2, webhooks and import/export, and until it is in place orders are entered with an import file or by hand.
