Accessories CRM
In accessories a collection means hundreds of models and colours, and which sample is on display at which dealer is held in the sales rep's memory. When the rep changes, where the case ended up, who was spoken to at the fair and which payment term the dealer works with leave with them.
The display sample case is booked out to the dealer record and stays an open task once its return date passes; region, payment term and discount sit on the same card, so the quote uses those values.
- Book the sample case that goes out on display out to the rep; when the delivery and return dates pass, the case stays on the list as an open task
- Collect the cards coming back from a fair in a single pool, distribute them by region and open a follow-up task for the contacts that respond
- Close the dealer visit from the mobile app with location verification and see from the record where the visit was marked
- Keep region, payment term and discount rate on the dealer card so the quote comes out with those values
| Sample Case Assignment | The case that goes out on display is an assignment task; the delivery and return dates are its fields, and a case that does not come back stays on the rep's open task list. |
|---|---|
| Fair Card Pool | Every card collected at a fair is a lead record; the fair attended stays in the source field, and the assignment rule defined during setup distributes the cards to the regional rep. |
| Showroom Visit Verification | The dealer visit is closed from the mobile app; location verification records where the visit was marked, and fake location detection is part of that check. |
| Dealer Discount and Payment Term Card | Region, payment term and discount rate are fields on the dealer record; the quote and the order take those values from the card. |
Accessory sales run on the whole collection rather than a single product: the sample case left with the dealer, the buyers spoken to at the fair and the rep's visit schedule. While these three pieces of information sit in the rep's notebook, who is holding the case, who was met at the fair and when the dealer was last visited cannot be read by anyone outside the team.
Rapitek CRM keeps every dealer as a record; the case that goes out on display is booked out to that record, cards collected at the fair land in a single pool and are distributed to the regional rep by the assignment rule defined during setup. Because the visit is closed from the mobile app with location verification, when and where the dealer was last visited stays in the record; region, payment term and discount rate are on the same card, so the quote comes out with those values.
What the plans cover and which items are priced separately are written on the pricing page.
