Keep the customer ledger in accounting, and let your sales team see collections too
In Rapitek CRM, quotes, invoices, due dates, outstanding balances and payments sit on the customer record, and card payments are collected through iyzico or PayNKolay. Your customer ledger stays in your accounting software; we set up the connection during onboarding, based on what you need.
Customer account tracking (in Turkish, cari takip) means keeping the running statement of what each customer and supplier owes and has paid. In Turkey this is usually done in accounting or pre-accounting software such as Logo, Mikro, Paraşüt or Luca, often together with the company's accountant.
Rapitek CRM does not change this setup; it completes the sales side. The per-customer ledger stays in your accounting system. The CRM holds invoices (amount paid, outstanding balance, due date), payment records and virtual POS collections through iyzico or PayNKolay. We set up connections to systems such as Logo, Mikro and Paraşüt during onboarding, based on what you need; scope and fee are confirmed in the quote (October 2026).
What stays in accounting, and what moves to the CRM?
| Topic | Your accounting or ERP software | Rapitek CRM |
|---|---|---|
| Per-customer account and statement | Kept here | If a connection is set up, the information agreed in scope is carried to the customer record |
| Official invoice, e-Invoice and e-Archive | Issued here or by your e-invoice provider | Stays on the accounting side |
| Quote | Depends on the software | Prepared and sent as a PDF |
| Invoice tracking: amount paid, outstanding balance, due date | In the accounting record | Visible to the sales team on the customer record |
| Payment and collection | Posted to accounting | Payment record entered; card payments collected through iyzico or PayNKolay |
| Sales calls and WhatsApp conversations | Not held | On the customer record |
If your accountant suggested it
If your accountant has suggested moving quote and collection tracking out of Excel into a proper system, you can do it without changing your accounting setup. Your accountant keeps working in the same software. Quotes, invoice due dates, payments and collection tracking on the sales side move to the CRM.
- Sales team: Sees the customer's open invoices and due dates on the customer record before writing a quote.
- Collections: Card payments are taken through the iyzico or PayNKolay virtual POS, and the payment record is added to the customer record.
- Accounting: The customer ledger, official invoices and tax filings stay in your accounting software.
Your customer list in Excel is imported during setup. For the migration steps, see Moving from Excel to a CRM. To see it with your own data, try it free for 7 days.
