Keep the customer ledger in accounting, and let your sales team see collections too

In Rapitek CRM, quotes, invoices, due dates, outstanding balances and payments sit on the customer record, and card payments are collected through iyzico or PayNKolay. Your customer ledger stays in your accounting software; we set up the connection during onboarding, based on what you need.

Short answer · October 2026

Customer account tracking (in Turkish, cari takip) means keeping the running statement of what each customer and supplier owes and has paid. In Turkey this is usually done in accounting or pre-accounting software such as Logo, Mikro, Paraşüt or Luca, often together with the company's accountant.

Rapitek CRM does not change this setup; it completes the sales side. The per-customer ledger stays in your accounting system. The CRM holds invoices (amount paid, outstanding balance, due date), payment records and virtual POS collections through iyzico or PayNKolay. We set up connections to systems such as Logo, Mikro and Paraşüt during onboarding, based on what you need; scope and fee are confirmed in the quote (October 2026).

If your accountant suggested it

If your accountant has suggested moving quote and collection tracking out of Excel into a proper system, you can do it without changing your accounting setup. Your accountant keeps working in the same software. Quotes, invoice due dates, payments and collection tracking on the sales side move to the CRM.

  • Sales team: Sees the customer's open invoices and due dates on the customer record before writing a quote.
  • Collections: Card payments are taken through the iyzico or PayNKolay virtual POS, and the payment record is added to the customer record.
  • Accounting: The customer ledger, official invoices and tax filings stay in your accounting software.

Your customer list in Excel is imported during setup. For the migration steps, see Moving from Excel to a CRM. To see it with your own data, try it free for 7 days.

FAQ

Customer account tracking and CRM: frequently asked questions

What is customer account tracking software?
It is software that keeps the running statement of what customers and suppliers owe and have paid. In Turkey this is usually done in accounting or pre-accounting software such as Logo, Mikro, Paraşüt or Luca.
Does Rapitek CRM replace customer account tracking software?
No, it works alongside it. The per-customer ledger stays in your accounting system. On the sales side, the CRM holds invoices (amount paid, outstanding balance, due date), payment records and virtual POS collections.
Is there a connection to Logo, Mikro or Paraşüt?
We set up the connection during onboarding, based on what you need; scope and fee are confirmed in the quote. We have built this connection for Logo before. The connection is built with the REST API and webhooks.
Our accountant uses Luca. Will it still work?
Yes. The accounting records stay in Luca and with your accountant. During setup we decide together which information is carried from Luca to the CRM.
Can we take card payments from customers?
Yes. Rapitek CRM collects payments through the iyzico and PayNKolay virtual POS, and the payment record is added to the customer record.
Where do we see invoices that are coming due?
The invoice record in the CRM holds the amount paid, the outstanding balance and the due date. The sales team sees this on the customer record.
Can we bring over our customer list from Excel?
Yes. Your customer list is imported during setup, and duplicate records are cleaned up at the same stage.
What does it cost?
CRM plan prices are listed on our pricing page. The setup fee depends on the customisation you need and is confirmed in the intro call. The scope and fee of the accounting connection are also included in the quote.
