AgriTech CRM
In agricultural technology the sales calendar is in the hands of the season, not yours: when the planting window closes the conversation does not end, it waits a year. When the link between the result measured on the pilot plot and the result that turned into a contract sits in nobody's notebook, the next season everything has to be explained to the same farmer from scratch.
The device installed on the pilot plot, the field visit and the subscription end date sit on the same farmer record; the time left to expiry drops a renewal task onto the list.
- Keep farmer, cooperative and dealer records separate and see each plot's hardware, subscription start and end date on its card
- Track the pilot installation as a separate stage; write the trial result and the measurement note onto the record the quote is attached to
- Turn installation and maintenance visits into field tasks and close them from the mobile app with location verification
- Plan renewal and preliminary contact tasks ahead according to the season calendar and get in touch before the planting window closes
| Farmer and Plot Record | A farm is an account record; the plot, the area and the crop pattern sit in its fields, and the installed device is attached to that record. |
|---|---|
| Pilot and Trial Tracking | A pilot is an opportunity stage; the installation date, the measurement note and the trial result accumulate on the same opportunity. |
| Field Installation Visit | An installation is a task; the technician and the date are in its fields, it is closed from the mobile app and location verification is written into the record. |
| Subscription Renewal | A subscription is a record with a start and an end date; a task tied to the time left to expiry drops the renewal contact onto the list. |
An agricultural technology sale is decided in the field, not in the laboratory: a sensor or an irrigation automation starts with a trial installation on a single plot, the result is not clear until harvest, and the person making the decision is not the farmer but the agricultural engineer advising them or the cooperative they belong to. When these three contacts are kept in separate places, the result of the trial installation stays on one engineer's phone; when the season comes round, the quote is written from scratch again.
Rapitek CRM attaches the pilot installation, the field visit and the subscription to the same farmer and plot record. The installation and the maintenance visit are closed in the field from the mobile app, and location verification records where the visit was marked; when the subscription end date approaches, the renewal task drops onto the list by itself, so the conversation happens before the planting window closes.
What the plans cover and which items are priced separately are written on the pricing page.
