Selling doesn't happen at a desk. Your CRM shouldn't stay there either.
The Rapitek CRM mobile app is live on both iOS and Android, and it ships with a Turkish interface. The shared inbox, the customer record, quotes and visit tracking — all of it works from the field.
If the inbox stays on the desktop, it never reaches the field team's day — we saw this in our own projects
For a rep who is out in the field, mobile access isn't a comfort but a condition of use: the rep is on the phone all day, so an inbox that sits in a desktop browser doesn't get opened in practice. We saw this with our own teams on enterprise CRM projects; we haven't measured how many installations it happens in, so we're not putting a figure on it.
What follows is this: the customer writes on WhatsApp and the reply waits until the rep is back at the office — or the rep answers from their own phone and the conversation leaves the company.
Here, the inbox is inside the app. WhatsApp messages are handled from the app, and every conversation stays attached to the customer record. Instagram direct messages are not available today.
Every conversation stays attached to the customer record.
WhatsApp messages are managed in the app's own inbox: each thread is opened under the customer it belongs to, assigned to a rep, and filtered by status — open, active, waiting, resolved. The history stays with the company, not on someone's personal phone. Instagram direct messages are not available today.
What's in the app?
One inbox, inside the app
WhatsApp messages are handled in the inbox inside the app; the conversation attaches to the customer record, gets assigned to a rep, and its history stays with the business. Instagram direct messages are not available today.
Rapi — an assistant that writes records by voice
It creates and updates your CRM records from speech in Turkish. It can be configured to ask for your confirmation before it writes; set up that way, control stays with you.
Business-card scanning
Photograph a card and the fields are extracted into a lead record. No manual data entry on the way back from a trade show.
Visits and field tracking
Visit check-in, follow-up tasks and performance reports. The field team's whole day runs from the phone. Route plans and field visit records are a separately priced module — 25 USD per user per month.
The customer record in your pocket
Before you walk into a meeting you have the customer's history, open opportunities and most recent messages in hand.
Turkish interface
The app ships with a Turkish interface. We don't offer an English interface today, so this is worth checking if your field team doesn't read Turkish.
A field rep's day
-
1
Morning — route and history
The day's visits are on the phone. Each customer's last message, open quote and pending task show up on the card.
-
2
On the visit — record by voice
The moment the meeting ends, the rep talks into the phone in the car: Rapi saves the note and opens the follow-up task. No pile of data entry waiting at the office that evening.
-
3
Afternoon — an incoming message
The customer writes on WhatsApp. It lands on the company's work number, the rep replies from the app, and the conversation stays on the customer record.
-
4
Evening — the manager's view
Which visits were logged, where each meeting stands and which conversations are waiting for a reply are all in a report. Nobody has to ask. Note: the app does not track location in the background; location is recorded only at the moment of a visit check-in.
