Advertising CRM

The companies working in advertising differ in kind — agency, media owner, production, print — but they all work to the same campaign calendar. A delay in one link shows up not at that company but on the day the campaign is due to go live.

A campaign is a record with start and end date fields; production, print and broadcast are tasks that sit under it, each with its own delivery date.

Advertising CRM
  • Turn the campaign into a single record with a start and an end date and track the broadcast period from that record
  • Plan the production, print and broadcast steps as separate tasks under the campaign, each with its own delivery date
  • See the jobs falling in the same period in the calendar and read how full that period is before accepting a new job
  • Keep the advertiser and the supplier in separate account records and attach the sold and the bought side to the same campaign
Campaign PeriodA campaign is a record with start and end date fields; which job belongs to which range is read from those fields.
Chain StepsProduction, print and broadcast are each a task; each sits under the campaign record with its own delivery date and owner.
Period LoadTasks are gathered in the calendar by their date field; the number of jobs falling in a range is visible from the list, and the decision to accept is made by looking at it.
Advertiser and SupplierBoth are account records; because they are attached to the same campaign, the sold side and the bought side of the work are tracked from a single record.

What is sold in advertising is a date range more than a product: the campaign starts on this day and ends on that one. Every link in the chain plans its own work around that range; agency approval, the production shoot, print delivery and media broadcast line up one after another. When the links are tracked in separate notebooks, a one-day slip is noticed only at the next link. Something similar happens on the media side: that the same period has been promised to two customers is understood when the calendar clashes.

In Rapitek CRM a campaign is a record with start and end date fields; the agency work, the production delivery, print and broadcast sit under that record as tasks with their own dates. Because the jobs that fall in the same period appear side by side in the calendar, how full that period already is can be read before a new job is accepted. The advertiser is an account record, and whichever link of the chain your company sits in, it runs its own stages under that account; because the supplier side is attached to the same campaign, both the sold face and the bought face of the work stay in one place.

What the plans cover and which items are priced separately are written on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Do the agency, the media owner and the production company use the same setup?
The shared backbone is the same: the advertiser account, the campaign record and dated tasks. The stage names and the fields are defined during setup according to your company's role in the chain; on the media side the load of the period comes to the fore, on the production side the shoot and delivery steps do.
Can we see in advance that we have promised the same period to two customers?
Campaigns and tasks are gathered in the calendar by their date fields; the jobs falling in a range are listed side by side. The clash is visible before the job is accepted, and the threshold of the warning rule is also defined during setup according to the load level you set.
Can we see a one-day slip in the chain before the broadcast day?
Yes. Production, print and broadcast are separate tasks that sit under the campaign record with their own delivery date and owner. When a task's date passes without it closing, it stays on the list and appears side by side with the later steps of the same campaign; the slip is read without waiting for the day the campaign is due to start.
Which is the best CRM software for advertising?
When choosing a CRM for the advertising sector you should look at sector workflows, integration capabilities, customisation options and support quality. You do not set up Rapitek CRM, we do: we configure the fields, the stages and the reports around your advertising process, we migrate your data, and we give your team training in Turkish. Before building our own platform our team completed more than 200 enterprise CRM projects during its Salesforce years; we do the setup with that experience.
How much does an advertising CRM system cost?
In advertising, because the production, print and broadcast steps each sit with their own owner, more than one owner is defined in the system. We keep current plan prices in a single place and publish them openly on our pricing page; we do not put figures on this page, so that you never read a different price in two places. The price is determined by the number of users and the plan selected. The scope of setup, data migration and training is not the same in every project; the scope and the setup fee, if any, are worked out together in the discovery call and shared in writing. Rapi artificial intelligence credit and ERP integration are separately priced items.
How are CRM integrations done in the advertising sector?
If you use Logo, Netsis, Mikro or SAP, your CRM talks to it — we build the connection ourselves. There is no out-of-the-box module: because access and field structure on the ERP side change from installation to installation, a single button does not work the same way everywhere. The connection is built specifically for the project over our REST API covering 183 business objects, OAuth2, webhooks and import/export. We work out the scope and the cost in the discovery call and share them in writing.
How does the transition to a CRM system work in the advertising sector?
We start with a discovery call: we work out together your advertising process, which fields and which stages are needed. After the call we give you a date, not a range. We migrate your data ourselves and we give your team training in Turkish. There is no call centre on our support line. Your question is answered by the team that builds and develops the product — this is a choice, not a matter of capacity.
Can mobile CRM be used for advertising?
Yes. The field and branch team can update the customer card, the note and the follow-up task from a phone. The app is published on both the App Store and Google Play. The web interface also works on tablets and phones. The app does not work offline; if the connection drops while you are filling in a form, what you have written is kept on the device for 24 hours.
