Everything after the deal closes, on the same record
If quotes, orders, stock, ERP and support requests pile up in separate places, Rapitek CRM ties them to a single record. We do the setup ourselves; support and training are in Turkish.
The short answer
We do not compare ourselves with another product on this page. We write down what we do and what we don't do.
Our scope starts to make sense at these thresholds: the team has passed 15-20 people, an operation has grown up behind sales (quotes, orders, shipping, stock), WhatsApp traffic has become unmanageable, or the system has to talk to an ERP. We drew these thresholds from our own conversations; they are not measured industry data.
What Rapitek CRM does and doesn't do
| Area | Rapitek CRM |
|---|---|
| Sweet spot | At least 5 users; B2B companies with a sales or field team, sales and operations together |
| Simplicity | We try to keep it simple, but the scope is wide; during setup we trim the screens around the team's daily flow |
| Quotes, orders, invoices | They run on the same record |
| Manufacturing, inventory, work orders | Work order and quality control objects ship with the standard installation; we cannot yet point to a live installation running manufacturing execution |
| Inside the product, attached to the customer record | |
| ERP connection | Built per project (Logo, Netsis, SAP, Mikro) |
| Setup and training | We do the setup; we do not commit to a duration before discovery, and after the discovery call we give you a written date, not a range |
| Support language | Turkish |
| Role hierarchy and audit trail | Field-level audit trail, role-based sharing |
| Ecosystem and partner network | Narrow. We have no app marketplace and no trained partner network — we say so plainly; we build integrations per project |
If you see these signals, let's talk
-
1
Everything after the deal closes happens somewhere else
The quote is in Excel, the order in email, the shipment on WhatsApp. The records sit in the pipeline, but the story ends the moment the deal is won.
-
2
The answer you need isn't in the CRM
If “what did this customer order and when, is it in stock, has it been invoiced” gets answered from other systems, the CRM is no longer the company's memory.
-
3
WhatsApp traffic lives on personal phones
If every rep writes from their own number, the customer gradually becomes the rep's customer rather than the company's. We have seen this in our own projects.
-
4
The team has passed 15-20 people
At that size the question of who sees which record comes up; the product supports role-based sharing and a field-level audit trail. We drew the threshold from our own conversations; it is not a measured figure.
When we are not the right product
- If your team is under 5 people. Our Sales and Platform tiers require at least 5 users, so we cannot take you on at that size.
- If you run sales only. With no operation behind it, our broad scope is a burden rather than a benefit.
- If you don't want a setup phase. If you want to configure it yourself today and start using it tomorrow, our model doesn't suit you — we work through discovery, configuration, data migration and training; we do not commit to a duration before discovery, and after the discovery call we give you a date, not a range.
- If simplicity is your single most important criterion. We can't match that, and we won't claim we can.
- If you are looking for an app marketplace and off-the-shelf add-ons. We have no app marketplace and no trained partner network; integrations are built per project.
