For teams coming from Zoho

When you evaluate quotes, write the setup next to the licence.

A CRM costs more than its licence: configuration, data migration, integration and training. Until it is written down who takes on those four items, two quotes are not being weighed on the same scale. We write down our own side: those four items are ours.

The short answer

We do not compare ourselves with another product on this page. We write down what we do and what we don't.

What sets Rapitek apart is not the licence price but the delivery model. Here, the team that builds the product does the setup, the data migration and the training; the scope is worked out in discovery and put in writing. Buying a product you will set up yourselves and taking delivery of a system that has been set up are two separate line items; the calculation has to be made by writing down both.

If the fields have not been fitted to the process, the data has not been migrated and the team has not been trained, the product goes unused — and the licence being paid for produces nothing in return. We have seen this in our own projects. Write that line into your calculation too.

Our own side

What Rapitek CRM has, and what it doesn't

Area Rapitek CRM
Licence price Plan prices are public: from 39 USD
Who does the setup The team that builds the product
Time to go live We don't commit to a timeline before discovery; after it we give a written date, not a range
WhatsApp Inside the product
Web interface language Turkish, English and Arabic; other languages can be added on request — the scope is worked out in discovery
Support and training language Turkish
Data separation A separate database per customer
Ecosystem breadth Narrow. We have no app marketplace and no trained partner network — we say so plainly
Usability We try to keep it simple, and we simplify further during setup
How to evaluate

Put these three lines in your evaluation too

  1. 1

    Licence

Monthly per-user price × users × 12. This is the easiest line to calculate; write it out separately on every quote you receive.

  2. 2

    Setup and configuration

Fields, stages, roles, reports, data migration and integration. If you'll do it yourself: who, and how many weeks of their time? If a partner will: get their quote and write it on this line.

  3. 3

The risk of it going unused

In a CRM nobody uses, the licence being paid returns nothing — we have seen this in our own projects. Whether the team gets trained, and whether anyone stays close through the first month, belongs on this line.

When we are not the right product

  • If you want accounting, HR, projects and support under one roof. We have no app marketplace and no product family that wide; we can't meet that need.
  • If you have the capacity to do the setup yourselves. If someone in-house will configure the system and train the team, our biggest contribution disappears.
  • If your team is under 5 people. Our Sales and Platform tiers require at least 5 users.
  • If you need a local implementation partner abroad. We have no such network; setup and support come from our own team.
  • If your budget only stretches to a licence. If you can't fund setup, data migration and training on top of it, we understand that and won't push.
FAQ

About moving from Zoho to Rapitek CRM

Can our Zoho data be migrated?
Yes. Leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and your custom fields are migrated and duplicates cleaned out. The scope is decided in discovery and put in writing.
How much does Rapitek CRM cost?
Our plan prices are public: they start from 39 USD, and we publish the current tiers on our pricing page. What that price buys is that the setup is ours — configuration, data migration, integration and Turkish-language training. When you weigh up any quote you receive, put setup, customisation and training on the line next to the licence. If you can do that work yourselves, that line closes in your favour, and we say so honestly.
Do you connect to Turkish ERPs?
We connect to systems like Logo, Netsis, Mikro and Paraşüt over REST API, OAuth2, webhooks and import/export, through the team that builds and develops the product. It is not an off-the-shelf connector — access and field structure differ from one installation to the next, so we build the connection per project; the scope and cost are defined in discovery.
How long does the migration take?
We don't commit to a timeline before discovery. After the discovery call we give you a date, not a range: once the configuration, data migration and training plan is settled, the schedule comes to you in writing.

Let's work out the total cost together.

Put the licence, the setup and the risk of it going unused side by side and look at them. We'll also tell you where we are not the right product.
